To receive a full refund of your order, it’s sufficient that the item is intact and in working condition, and the box, even if opened, contains all of its original contents.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you need a return label, please let us know, and we will provide you with a label to print and attach to the package. Please also inform us if you prefer the item to be picked up from your location or if you’d like to drop it off at a designated point, when available. When we provide the label, its cost will be deducted from the refund.

Please do not report order problems if, in reality, you have simply changed your mind or wish to return an item that is no longer to your liking. Such reports could unfairly penalize us on online marketplaces, which take into account your feedback.

Any of defect reporting and return procedures will be immediately contested with the seller support of the respective marketplace (eBay or Amazon), and the responsible user account will be reported.”
